A GUIDE ON THUNDERCLAN

"There is no Clan in the forest so true or so brave. I respect and admire the other Clans, but my heart is here, with ThunderClan- the Clan of heroes, the Clan of compassion, the Clan of destiny."

TERRITORY

Overview - ThunderClan's territory is based inside of a large, overgrown forest near the edge of a lake. The temperatures are mild during the spring and summer, but get extremely cold during the fall and winter without the foliage to keep them secure. Down to the north is a few broken down twoleg houses, and to the east lies loner territory. The west holds the edge of the lake, and the south is road and ShadowClan territory.

Camp - ThunderClan Camp lies in the direct center of the territory where the foliage is the most dense, and protected at all sides by rocks and a bramble barrier. The leader's den is a decaying tree stump where they give their announcements. The medicine den a small, cracked rock big enough to hold one or two full grown cats, and smaller dens made of bramble and moss to house the patients. The warriors, apprentices, and elders all make their own den, but many are careful not to stray too far to the outskirts of camp in case of enemies.

Thunderpath - A large road going both directions separates the southern border between ShadowClan and ThunderClan. Many animals have died on the road, so many tend to stay away from it.

Ancient Stones - Three long, flat stones have been around since the Clans were first founded, and have been used for training and relaxation. However, due to it being near grassland territory, WindClan and ThunderClan have always fought over it.

Twoleg Place - Two decaying houses are all that was left after twolegs built and abandoned the area. Some have speculated that they left because it was haunted, and others say it is just a myth to scare children.

HIGH POSITIONS

Leader - The Leader is the head of all of ThunderClan, and their word is law.

Deputy - The second in command of the Clan, they work tirelessly to keep their Clan active and will take the leader's place once the previous one dies or retires.

Medicine Cat - The seer and healer of the Clan, they dapple in all things medicine and spiritual.

NORMAL RANKS

Warriors - The hunting and fighting force of the Clan. Starts at 10 moons.

Apprentices - The in-training warriors. Starts at 6 moons.

Kits - The children of the Clan. They can not become an apprentice until their 6th moon.
